4:15 am	Welcome Mac OS X / Final Cut Pro customers Yes, the cat is finally out of the bag thanks to an old loyal customer. My boss is allowing me to report that many of our software products are in the process of being ported to Mac OS X & Final Cut Pro. Care is being taken that they take advantage of the unique features of the the Mac and G4/G5 processor as well. Offical press releases will be available when we have a better idea of shipping dates. 5:23 pm	I'm off to Flight school As part of my job I learned how to use the Flyer today. Since I already own a Video Toaster I was a quick study. I could not afford to buy a Flyer when it first came out because of the high price ($4000). I LOVE the Flyer it makes the Amiga Video Toaster way easy and cooler to use! I will have to start watching ebay like a hawk so I can get my own. I hope my Amiga has the mussel to run the Flyer, I don't know but I will find out from my boss. It's Friday so I am looking forward to the weekend, it has been a short but busy week and I'm staying in and sacking out for a couple of days. No hot party's for my this weekend. 4:47 pm	Things are heating up today. Wow just got home from a long day at work. It was a busy first day and I am tired so this will be a short entry. The staff at DiscreetFX were very friendly and did there best to bring me up to speed on the company, my job requirements and their product line. The only product I will be responsible for is Spontaneous Combustion but I still wanted to know about all the other stuff they are working on. I have to be a hard working committed and faithful employee at least on my first day, hehehe. I sure learned a ton about Amiga websites today. I am a long time Amiga and Video Toaster user anyway (that is one of the reasons I was hired) but I had not kept up or known about all the fan sites. Now I know about www.amiga.org, EAB, www.newtek.com, www.ann.lu, www.newtek.com, www.amigaworld.net, www.newtekpro.com, Czech Amiga News, GFXBase and so many more. Because of my marketing background I have been tasked to look at all these sites to research and decide where to best spend our marketing dollars. Well I'm beat so I will flame off for the day. 10:32 am	A good day for sleeping in I don't start my new job until the 5th so today is just a lazy day for relaxing at home, steam cleaning, and just being lazy. I enjoyed watching Unfaithful last night. In fact, it kept me up way past 3:00 AM. WOW that movie sure makes a good point about not cheating if you are married. The wife in the film get into all kinds of trouble because of her "HEAT" of passion. Stay faithful to your man girls. Well I am still tired so it's back to bed time. 6:48 pm	Hot and bothered about my new gig I am really excited about my new gig today with a company called DiscreetFX. I was hired to be the offical Representative for their new Amiga and Video Toaster product Spontaneous Combustion. I will be responable for promoting and demoing the product, going to trade shows, and communicating with clients. Considering the fact that the last hot product from DiscreetFX was Pyromania and it has been used all over television on shows like Blind Date and The 5th Wheel I am really excited about being the Rep for this smoken hot video software.
